This is what you will do

As the ICT and API Specialist in the Reporting and Planning department, your role is vital in integrating and developing COO systems to enhance reporting capabilities and operational effectiveness. You'll ensure the availability of critical data, manage API integrations efficiently, implement cutting-edge reporting tools, and collaborate on tech innovations to maintain system stability and advance data-driven decision-making.

Main goal of the function

The ICT and API Specialist concentrates on merging and enhancing COO systems, particularly in the area of reporting features. This role ensures that data from the agent tools is easily accessible for reporting and analysis purposes and incorporates intelligent data solutions into the COO systems in partnership with the IT division.

This professional establishes a robust and reliable framework for the amalgamation of COO systems and applications at a tactical tier. They sustain operational reliability and supply accurate and current data to Business Intelligence Specialists.

Result areas of the function:

1. High availability of datapoints in the COO ICT infrastructure.

2. Effective management of API integrations to minize downtime.

3. Identification and implementation of advanced reporting tools to improve data and reporting capabilities.

4. Integration of Machine Learning and AI models to improve the effectiveness of agent performance.

5. Collaboration with the IT department on incident management, system innovations and implementation.

6. Implement robust data security measures.

You bring this

  • At least a Bachelor degree
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
  • Experience in API development, ICT infrastructure management and technical support.
  • Understanding of programming languages such as Python or Java.
  • Knowledge of contact center technologies and data security protocols.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
