This is what you will do

As the Manager External Reporting, you will lead and oversee various managerial activities within Odido, focusing on business development, internal and external reporting, and financial management. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead internal and external communications, including executive reporting on accounting and reporting topics.
  • Manage yearly and ad-hoc projects on valuation, impairment, and purchase price allocation.
  • Collaborate with treasury and tax managers on financial numbers and activities.
  • Ensure timely, complete, and accurate internal and external reporting.
  • Track historical financial performance and make decisions on IFRS and External Reporting requirements.
  • Oversee departmental and HR-related topics within the department.
  • Act as a replacement for Director Functional Finance and Manager accounting operations when required.
  • Implement CSRD requirements into external disclosures.
  • Support Investor Relations Activities, including Earnings Calls.

You bring this

  • HBO/WO level education with over 10 years of experience, preferably with big4 working knowledge;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Result-oriented with high-level multi-tasking abilities;
  • Proficient in change management and implementation of new processes;
  • Extensive knowledge of IFRS GAAP, financial controlling, corporate finance, valuation, and treasury;
  • Familiarity with tax, internal control, and risk management;
  • Academic thinking level in economics and accounting;
  • Knowledge of financial systems, SAP is a priority;
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to build bridges between stakeholders;
  • Team player with proven people management skills.
