Are you looking for a high paced, dynamic and fun team? Then the T-Mobile B2C Control team is what you want. The team focuses on financial and commercial development of our 4 B2C brands; T-Mobile, Tele2, Simpel and Ben. Our brands offer multiple products like mobile internet, fixed internet and TV on the Dutch market. You will contribute to sound financials and help the business with decision support.
Besides owning the financial accounts, we need your expertise and creativity to contribute or lead projects that ensure finance in T-Mobile Netherlands keeps up with industry best practices. Our company possesses an enormous amount of data and we aim to improve the finance function by using this data into our advantage.
Controlling is hectic at T-Mobile. After the recent M&A activities, there are plenty of opportunities in the area of digitalization, financial process management, planning & forecasting, month end closure, and reporting.
As the senior financial controller, you:
- collaborate with a lot of different stakeholders (e.g. accounting, IT, other controlling teams, and the B2C department);
- show initiative;
- take ownership on your work and the work of the team.

You cope with and thrive in a rapidly-changing and fast-paced environment. You love a challenge and combine a hands-on approach with a strategic mindset. You are a strong personality with good communication skills. (Fluent in English, both verbal and written). You connect with colleagues by having an open dialogue. Communicating with (senior) management is an important part of the role.
Next to this you have:
- Masters’ degree (Accounting, Control, Business Administration or related);
- 5 years of professional experience (preferably in audit or controlling);
- Strong analytical skills; ability to quickly simplify complicated opportunities;
- Strong accounting knowledge;
- Affinity with process improvements and data innovation.
