Wat ga je doen?
As one of our Program Managers, you'll have the opportunity to manage high-profile projects and make a significant impact on our organization.
You will lead major initiatives with high level of complexity and ambiguity, that demand a transformative change in areas such as business competitiveness, technology advancements, and legal compliance. You'll be responsible for translating our strategic objectives into an actionable and structured program that has a visible impact on the entire organization, our customers, and our partners.
You design and define the programs' organization, responsibilities and its governance. Furthermore, you manage program risks and issues that influence the achievement of the objectives. Of course, you are accountable for managing the program's budget, monitoring expenditures against benefits as the program progresses, and you will manage and coach the program team. Being the people person means you are proactively involved in the appointment of project managers and other key staff in your program. You lead by example; you are the coach, leader and inspirator.

You will work for the Corporate Portfolio Management team within the Strategy & Transformation department in T-Mobile, which exists of 7 other program managers.

You know the difference between managing and coaching, and understand when to apply which. You embrace challenges and are eager to grow. These are traits we are looking for not only in managerial or Team Lead positions, but in every member on every level of Team Magenta!
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience managing critical and strategic programs within large Change Management environments in industries like Telecom, Utilities or Banking & Insurance;
- You have at least a Bachelor or Master degree (as long as it is business oriented or on the bridge between Business and Technology);
- Excellent knowledge of benefit management, risk/issue management and stakeholder management techniques;
- In-depth knowledge of commonly used Program Management methodologies (e.g. PgPM, MSP, Agile PM/PO/Scrum, Prince2);
- Advanced leadership skills, able to communicate and challenge at all levels including board/executive committee, both within and outside the organization;
- Advanced stakeholder engagement qualities, excellent knowledge of individual and team coaching techniques.
