Senior IT Product Owner Business Intelligence

The Senior IT Product Owner Business Intelligence is responsible for the following:

• Collaboration with Product Teams (Managers, Owners), Scrum Team and other stakeholders on aligning, setting up priority, vision and roadmap of the organization and department.
• Ownership, scalability and upgrade of a well-informed cloud (data) platform product roadmap and manage the adoption process by stakeholders.

• You work with Architects (Domain, Platform, Infra and other colleagues) to help define the solution and produce cost estimations.
• You will create and own technical and feature roadmaps along with release planning, sprint goals, and grooming both technical and business functionality that meets multiple development projects.
• Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to meet expected deliverables.
• You will understand (business) requirement and translate these in technical solutions.
• With you communication skill you will convey the message and balances the terms & technologies based on the audience (technical, managerial and others) on sprint and project milestones, KPIs, etc.

This role will be within one of the three verticals within our IT organization, the IT4Enterprise Team. This team consists of 30+ Business Analysts, Product Owners and Delivery Managers all focussing on the systems and innovations for our entire organization.

Key Skills

• Deep understanding of data systems and landscapes 
• Deep understanding of data policy, security standards and governance 
• Software design and architecture of real-time distributed systems 
• AWS components (Step functions, ECS, ECR, DynamoDB, Kinesis, S3, Lambda) 

• AWS data processing and data pipeline deployments (CICD, AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda, SageMaker) 
• Non-AWS CI/CD stack (git/docker/drone/linux/airflow) 
• Extensive Knowledge of SQL, Python/pySpark, with ability to build/improve own libraries 
• Extensive experience with DevOps and Infrastructure as code (CFT or CDK) 

Experience

• BI Product Owner with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience with software design, architecture and implementation of real-time distributed production systems on AWS 
• Experience in Master Data Management, data governance, data analysis, data profiling, data quality and system integration
• Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, Physics, MIS, Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
• You must be aware of service that Cloud provider (preferably AWS) offer to solve, serve, scale real business demands and challenges.
• You have multiple years of experience in Agile gathering technical and business requirements as a product owner and/or scrum master
• You should have knowledge/experience defining life cycle of data (e.g., integration, security, consumptions etc.)

• Understanding of multichannel marketing processes
