Investor Relations Analyst
Wat ga je doen?
As a result of our new financing structure, we are establishing an Investor Relations function, to manage communication with our bond and loan holders. As Investor Relations Analyst, you will take charge of these relationships and help to build up this new function within the company.
In close collaboration with our accounting and controlling functions, you are responsible for creating and aligning quarterly financial reports for our investors. By organizing quarterly results calls with our CFO, you will make sure the company’s performance is communicated effectively to our external stakeholders. As main contact point for institutional investors, addressing critical questions and ad hoc requests, you are able to shape the perception of the company to the wider financing community.
In this position, you also represent the investor viewpoint and the wider finance department in strategic projects across the organization and make sure we continue to improve our performance.

To make this job a success you are able to cope with and thrive in this rapidly-changing and fast-paced environment. You love a challenge and combine a hands-on approach with a strategic mindset. You are a strong personality with excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both verbal and in writing). You connect with colleagues by having an open dialogue. Also you are able to communicate extensively with (senior) management.
Next to this you have:
- A Masters’ degree in Business, Accounting or Finance;
- 2-4 years of professional experience in investor management, corporate strategy, equity research, investment banking or finance;
- a self-motivated, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial mindset;
- Strong analytical skills; ability to quickly simplify complicated challenges;
- Ability to be a reliable, hands-on deliverer of quality results;
- An understanding of financial statements and accounting principles;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
